I've had several cars repaired here but this was the first time we had a problem

I'm not too happy. It took 6 weeks for my repairs. I had to call to get updates instead of someone letting me know what's going on. In top of that I noticed a deep scratch on the passenger door that looked new and I know wasn't there but I was in such a hurry when I picked up my car I didn't look it over good enough.
