Classic Collision did exceptional work on my Lincoln Nautilus, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was extremely courteous and professional. My service adviser, Eric Sandoval, was outstanding — he kept me informed every step of the way and made the process seamless. When Eric wasn’t available, Tony stepped up and ensured nothing fell through the cracks. The quality of the repair work is excellent, and I’m impressed by how much they genuinely care about their customers. I strongly recommend Classic Collision. Hopefully you won’t need repairs, but if you do, this is absolutely the place to take your car.

By no means after my experience

Was told be ready on Friday. It jumped till Monday at the end of the day poor communication I had to call 3 times. For an update hanging on me. Saying calling me back never did last call I made got told it was not even gonna be ready on Monday My biggest concern and I told before they started the work. That I was in really need of my car in certain date. Seems nobody listen nobody cares. But to get the business they promise.
