Chris was very good and I am grateful for his help. I wished he had been at the office so things had gone better, such as my leaving the rental car at your parking lot because the receptionist wasn’t happy about it and told me “they were not responsible for the rental”. But the man at front desk was nice about me leaving the rental at your parking Lot after they contacted Chris, and found a driver was coming to pick up the rental. Thanks and have a Happy New Year.
