Unfortunately this is the second time we’ve had to use Elite due to hit and runs but thankfully they make the process super easy. We also knew the second time around that our car was going to come out looking like it did before and their warranty gives peace of mind. The staff is so easy to work with and I know when my wife has to take care of anything dealing with it she will be treated with respect. The lady at the front desk is beyond kind and the lady who explained everything was informative and helpful. Very trustworthy and highly recommend

When they popped my driver door parts off they broke it, there is now a hole in the plastic and they did not tell me about the accident that had happened. It is the black plastic where the bottoms to roll the windows up are.
