I was told everything looks good, but we think it looks great. It really helps with the savings from a lower estimate as other companies care more about the overhead and not the customer. The work was completed in two weeks with progress reports regularly. I keep telling others how pleased I have been with the whole process. I really only met EVA Cotta, who was impressively responsive, helpful, and professional. I am sure the shop guys are good looking, charming and TALENTED ..…. I was very pleased with how I was treated from the moment I walked in the door and spoke to the young woman at the front desk. She greeted me with a smile and was so kind. The man who looked at the damage on my car was just as kind and put me at ease by telling me he could fix it up like new (And he did!)During the time that my car was being repaired I was kept up to date daily on the progress. The repairs were completed in less time than the date I was originally given. I am very pleased with the results!
