They also helped facilitate successful payment between my insurance and their business. Amazing, professional customer service. To whom it may concern concerning Classic Collision. A m a z I n g in that they were patient and kind to me (after a few no shows because I was trying to take care of a variety of different things, stops, dr appts, etc., be f o r e dropping my Carolla Cross in the shop… simply because I didn’t know how long it would be their Classic Collision Shop) 2). Eva Cotton was very patient and understanding of worries about how long it would take. She assured me that it would not belong . Eva explained the process of getting photos of my car, the step by step process of submitting the claim, with picture and then they could order necessary parts to complete my auto repairs. 3). The other people I noticed that were there the gentleman and the other 2 ladies were equally as nice and also caring to make sure other customers coming into the office were being taken care of and were ready and available to answer their questions. I highly recommend Classic Collision for kind and understanding patient professionalism.
