I brought my car in to your shop and have never received an update nor an estimated completion date. I am receiving this text under false pretext. My car has not been picked up even though I received a text saying that it had been and asked if I was satisfied. No No No.Not at all satisfied. I received no satisfaction. None whatsoever.
