Since they closed at 5:30pm, I was worried about not getting there on time bc I got off of work at the same time! John had the courtesy to stay a bit later on so I could pick up my car and drop off the rental without needing to pay out of pocket! Definitely recommend this place; great service!

This place is totally professional. The staff is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You don't have to guess what the next step is in getting your car fixed. They walk you through the whole process, telling you what to expect moving forward. I would recommend everyone to take their vehicle here for a positive experience in what can be a very stressful situation. Mr. John Rincon is very knowledgeable, has a lot of patience explaining the process, and informing you what to expect next. I personally recommend everyone talk to him through this process.
