Repairs from initial estimate were not done. Then the estimator Keith? says he just dropped off car for alignment and didn't check that repairs were done. Then they charged for OEM blackout tapes and belt moulding and did not replace them. Also looks like they used washers in between A pillar and hinge so the actual body pull wasnt done either. Isn't that insurance fraud when you charge for and then don't do the work?
