We don’t have our vehicle yet. Called everyday this week for estimated completion date and was told we would be called back it’s still being repaired. Lastly was told Friday for sure it would be done EOB but won’t pickup until Monday Moring. Saturday I get texts it’s ready and thanks for picking it up then this one asking how satisfied I am. Communication has been good. I understand it takes time and I’m ok with it being done right but just needed to know when it would be done as we were told two weeks. Today was told it would be Tuesday now. I would appreciate a call back to know when our truck is ready to pickup.
