Jessica was very friendly and prompt—great service. My only complaint is that it felt cheap to only “repair”/attempt to clip back in a portion of my plastic upper bumper instead of replace it. It looks fine now, but I don’t think that was the proper long-term solution.

Because they take over a month and still didn't fix it right than had to leave it there again and please I still think they didn't fix the problem

Repairs left with paint dripping, missing plastic parts, missing the Honda logo on tailgate. They broke some retaining clips when taking the tailgate plastic parts and never replaced with new ones. The person whom handled my car left the company and the new person said he has no records of what have been discussed. I would not ever use their service anymore
