Communication is key. I didn’t have to worry because John kept me informed about the process of my Honda. He pointed out things I didn’t originally see on the vehicle that was damage. The results was amazing. Definitely a 10 out of a 10. From the receptionist and to all involve. Well done!!!!

Classic Collision had my car looking brand new when I went to pick it up. I took it in with a messed up bumper and trunk and other small details because it was hit from the back, so I was totally amazed how they made it look like it was straight off the showroom floor at the dealership. I cannot stress how happy I am with the outcome from Classic Collision I absolutely love their work and if I ever need bodywork done again, this will definitely be my go to. They are so awesome. From customer service to repair service this company deserves a 10. When you bring your vehicle in, you get that one on one Care and attention that you need. They breakdown the entire process to you before you even sign the paperwork. So there is no misunderstandings or confusion at all when dealing with this company. I highly recommend it to anyone who is in need of repair vehicle. I was so excited when I pulled up. I started dancing outside my car because it looked brand new like the day I purchased it and I’ve had that car for eight years. Again, I recommend this company for anyone anyone and everyone who is in need of repair.

From the time I walked through the door, I was instantly greeted as if they were very excited to be assisting me. That’s not a feeling that you get everywhere you go. No matter who I talk to in the building everyone treated me with respect and dignity, and it was such an awesome feeling. I had many questions, but they never made me feel like I was asking too many. They didn’t rush or anything. This company is one of the greatest companies I’ve ever been to.
