The repair process was very smooth from beginning to end. You are kept in the loop via emails on the progress of your repairs. The car was also returned to me washed and vacuumed which was something extra and much appreciated.

The process from beginning to end was very smooth. I was in the loop via emails the whole time. The work was very good. The crew was very accommodating. In addition, it gives me peace of mind that the work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car. This took away much of frustration of the accident.
