The rear tail light that was broken was replaced with an After Market which was deemed to be adequate based on time for delivery (may have that wrong but that is what it reads like in the repair papers). It has what appears to be permanent smears on it that don't clean off. I will bring it in for CC to give their opinion on it. If it needs to come from Toyota in order to match the quality of as manufactures replacement part, then the busted one could have been left in place until the standard replacement was available.

Kolton was really awesome telling me what exactly we needed to be done and how all the work was 100% guaranteed for life you need to feel real secure with having you fix it. Unfortunately I do not have the same experience picking up the vehicle was lied and damage is still not fixed or even the right car
