Concerning the estimated time for completion I’d give a five. I was told the repairs would be completed earlier. Based on that I scheduled some repairs to my travel trailer and I had to change it twice. I needed to transport the trailer. So I was a bit peeved about that. BUT the repairs were excellent and the truck came back looking great inside and out. For that I give you a 10+

I went to the branch next to the autoplex in Pasco. They were nothing but professional the whole way kept me in the loop on what was going on with text messages and always punctual about any information or delays. It was the best experience I've had from an auto body shop in a minute

Awesome job! It was nice that they went through and cleaned the whole car after the bumper repair. Almost like a polish through just to keep that same matching shine to the bumper. I was afraid the bumper alone was going to stand out being painted new. Great customer service as well. Thanks!
