Repair Quality

We happened to be out of town on the Friday a text message was received that the car.was done and ready for pick-up. Being closed at 5 PM on Friday and the rest of the weekend, we couldn’t pick-up the car until Monday, incurring two days of out of pocket expense for the Enterprise rental car. A text in advance (Wed/Thurs) letting us know the car would be ready for pick-up on Friday would have allowed us to change our travel plans. Positives: Very friendly, professional staff Excellent work product and finish Appreciate the previous communications we received via text that repairs had started, and tevised estimate sent to our insurance company (State Farm). While certainly a money maker, the revised estimate also reflected a detailed inspection and findings after tear-down that if left unaddressed would have compromised the function and appearnace of the vehicle. Love that you’re local to Kennewick and highly recommended by people whose judgments we value.

Issues with communcation with updates were my main problem. Also after pick up I was left with tail light covers in my back seat which weren't put back on for some reason. I wasn't aware of it until my niece mentioned it.
