    "When I was speaking to the insurance company, they asked if I had a shop I would like to have my care go to, I did have one on mind that I had used twice before and was very satisfied. They mentioned to me about your Company and that you were a preferred provider, after they explained more about your shop I went along with their recommendation. I will say this, to me it was a walk of trust and I was somewhat nervous until the first follow up email came keeping me always informed of every step of the repair work. I received my car back Yesterday and I cannot express my gratitude to my insurance company, for the recommendation and to your amazing organization and team. This was a truly organized professional experience. Thank you so much for your service, and when I say service I also include your customer service. Lord willing I hope I won’t need to use you again, however if I do I won’t"
