When I was speaking to the insurance company, they asked if I had a shop I would like to have my care go to, I did have one on mind that I had used twice before and was very satisfied. They mentioned to me about your Company and that you were a preferred provider, after they explained more about your shop I went along with their recommendation. I will say this, to me it was a walk of trust and I was somewhat nervous until the first follow up email came keeping me always informed of every step of the repair work. I received my car back Yesterday and I cannot express my gratitude to my insurance company, for the recommendation and to your amazing organization and team. Top notch communication every step of the way, quality work, and UNMATCHED turnaround time! 100% recommend FIX AUTO. I’ve had 3 experiences with this shop and all have been outstanding. I’ll never go back to the big shops where it takes 2-3 weeks to get my car back. I go to FIX and get it back in 2-3 days. This shop is awesome - and no one is giving me anything to say this.

I am very impressed with this company. Not only did they do everything they said they would do but I received updates as to the progress on the work they were doing even reports when they were halfway through the work and on the day of completion. The paint match is excellent and the color on my 2020 Fird F-150 is one of the 3 stage paint colors and can be very hard to match exactly but they got it perfect. I really appreciate all that this company does in keeping me informed though out the process. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again. Well done FIX Auto of Sandy.

Felicia is very friendly and professional. The autobody shop did wonderful work on the two cars that we needed some work on. We initially went in for my son’s car. While we were there. I asked for a bid on our car. The turnaround time was great and done when they said it would be done. Felicia answered questions that we had on future work that we would like to have done. And gave us wonderful suggestions. Our experience with Fix Auto Sandy was 10 out of 10.
