When I was speaking to the insurance company, they asked if I had a shop I would like to have my care go to, I did have one on mind that I had used twice before and was very satisfied. They mentioned to me about your Company and that you were a preferred provider, after they explained more about your shop I went along with their recommendation. I will say this, to me it was a walk of trust and I was somewhat nervous until the first follow up email came keeping me always informed of every step of the repair work.
