I never felt like I had a need to worry- she knows her stuff and it was such a pleasure to work with her! Not even one time (in the close to a month my car had to be worked on) was she EVER unreliable or flaky. She nearly always answered my calls on the first ring - if she couldn't, she returned my call within an hour. I was genuinely impressed at her thoroughness and cheerful demeanor! Thank you all so so much!!! I hope I never again have to be back- but if I do; I will definitely choose Cascade again 👍"
