Quality of work is excellent and very thorough to ensure every issue was identified and repaired. It took longer than I thought it would but I’m assuming that part of the issue was Progressive Insurance delays. Overall very satisfied and exceeded expectations, it’s clear that client service is a focus, everyone I dealt with was very responsive and professional.

Great job by all. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. Lawrence is very helpful and efficient. Jill is very friendly and was able to help me with the reseting of the radio. AND the bonus of having you clean the car inside and out…. Amazing.

Things started great. I dropped the vehicle off on Monday. On Tuesday I was told the repairs were more extensive so might want insurance in. On Wednesday the insurance adjuster provided an estimate. After that there were conflicting timelines from calls vs. automated messages. Ultimately the repairs too another 9 days, although the vehicle was ready a day earlier and I wasn't notified. So, I thought the repairs were top notch, the communication and the time line not so much.
