Still waiting on a backordered part which is out of my and Coachcraft's control, but a plastic pin near the gas pedal is not clipped in, and the highest setting on my A/C does not work.

I felt like the story I was told over the phone about my car was not super consistent with what was actually being done. I was told parts were backordered that I don't think were, and I was not given very long of a heads up before knowing I could pick up my car. Also, work was performed on my car that was not a part of the original estimate, and even though insurance covered the repairs, I still would have liked to be kept more in the loop as each part of the repairs were done.
