Overall you can not dispute the quality of their work it was excellent

The body work is beyond dispute...they did an excellent job. However between going back and forth with the insurance my car was in the shop for 2 months. I understand that delays happen and that this does not fall squarely on their shoulders. I just think that should have a coordinator to advocate for the client with the insurance. Ultimately I kept calling both until everything finally came together.

The staff is wonderful and once again, I realize working with insurance companies is not the ideal situation but someone has to advocate for the average joe blow who knows nothing about this.

Did not communicate with me that my windshield would not be fixed. They missed the scratches on the door handle and it’s obviously not fixed. There’s also a mechanical chirp when I back up. That was not there before. In addition the paint job was spotty and I can see imperfections and rough spots where they painted and it dried into the paint.
