They were great! It took a long time (a month or more) to get scheduled, but that might be because they do a great job and they are booked out. They were very professional and kind and the repair looks good.

They are good but take too long for repairs. Sal did take off $50.00 for the 4 extra days to. help with 1/2 of the expenses with the rental car.

I would recommend due diligence when taking car in for estimate. When Rep did original walkaround and asked for any damage other than this accident, I said one small dent on passenger side door. She did not point out to me at that time any other damage she saw besides this bumper and taillight incident. During repairs I get a 2nd estimate including repair to damage on liftgate that I initially was not aware of ( she did send pix ) and also was told this was not part of backing incident. I told her to not repair and take it off estimate. Even when it is raining walk with the rep when taking pix.

The workmanship was great. When I picked up the car I found the invoice was about $900 more than the estimate . No one contacted me to advise of the more damage being found.
