I now have a new bumper and the paint is matched to the rest of the car perfectly. I'm super particular, and I was expecting to notice at least a slight difference, but I can't.

Justin, who gave me my estimate, was very professional and courteous. Karen, the receptionist was also helpful and polite, but she sometimes kept me waiting while she attended to people on the telephone. I believe strongly that people who are there in person should take priority over telephone callers. Telephone people should be told to wait until people actually there are attended to, not the other way around. Unfortunately, Karen does it just the opposite, and it is annoying. Another possible solution to this problem would be to have more than one person on the front desk. The body repair on my car was outstanding. My 21 year old sports car looks like new on the outside now. My next project is to get the worn out leather driverâs seat repaired or replaced. My little Miata is going to look like the classic that it is. When I picked up the car, the two men who brought it around (Iâm sorry I did not get their names) had noted that I needed some new light bulbs for my brake lights, and they took the time to replace them on the spot. This little freebie was unexpected by me, and much appreciated. I also enjoyed the frequent update E-mails from Coastal Body Works, all of which showed a sense of humor and a great p.r. awareness. All in all, I appreciate the great work.
