From the moment I entered Coat's Garage I was greeted with kindess and importance. Every member of the Coat's team was great!! My car was washed and vaccumed even though my car was kind of smelly because it rained in it, anyway my car is beautiful and I am completely satisfied with the job.

Very pleased with the admitting and picking up my car for body work. Everyone was courteous and attentive and explained the procedures for being in the GEICO Xpress program. The car looks as though nothing had ever happened to the passenger side back door being bashed in.

The car repair looked very good. The staff was very professional. I just was not satisfied that I was not receiving updates via email or text until I called to inquire about the status of the car. After my call, I did start receiving emails. The staff did apologize, and I appreciated that. There is no need for a representative to call because the issue was resolved. Thank you,
