Since I had Your expert services for my VW Bug when a heavy tree limb fell on it, I knew exactly where I wanted it to go when it got side-swiped. Swift support from helping me get a rental, to prompting texts during repair to picking up a gleaming Bug inside & out. If an accident has to happen, Coats is the stellar choice.

My experience was so pleasant and I was treated very well by the Coats family. I would say staff, but it didn’t feel right. Great job on keeping me updated and finishing quickly despite the crazy weather. This level of customer service is rare. Oh and car looks like new too!

I appreciated the Teams attention to detail. When I raised a question regarding a part on my car, the Shop Manager was very accommodating and went back to review and fix the issue for me. His willings to review my concern and want to make it perfect is and was greatly appreciated!
