On the day of Pick Up, they had to go and buff out the clearcoat because there was an area on the back of the fender they did or bumper. It was Ripley, but they fixed it on the spot and I got out on the road.

Partial estimate and partial repair done. Even left the vehicle after part arrival and taking schedule, took 9 days to change a back bumper. Requested to tighten the radio antenna from the first day of estimation to vehicle dropped time, but never listen. Other everything good. Changed part looks good and perfect.

I never expected or even hoped that my vehicle would be washed and cleaned out. The inside was very, very bad and when I picked it up it was amazing. Not only was I excited about getting my vehicle back but it was very nice riding in a clean vehicle. I was given very good recommendations for Cockrell’s and I was very satisfied with the results.
