Your scale limits us to saying that we were satisfied, but we were beyond satisfied we were blown away with the service and the staff of Coggin Collision Center Lisa, Kelly and Rachel are the best they showed interest in making sure that we were happy and the quality of work was spectacular. The technicians that worked on the vehicle are very good at what they do again we were blown away at the service and the quality of work that we received and we would recommend you guys to any and everyone that we come in contact with that needs auto body repair

I see some swirls in the new paint job. A plastic part of the bumper falls out daily, I click it back in. The window tint on one window is not even close the opposite window. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS WHEN YOUR WEBSITE SAYS USALLY 2 WEEKS FOR MAJOR REPAIRS. NOT 8 WEEKS. I WAS TOLD 5 WEEKS OUT OF THE 8 THE CAR WOULD BE DONE ON FRIDAY OF THE 2ND WEEK, 3RD WEEK, 4TH WEEK, 5TH WEEK then I wrote an email to the Boss which didnt do much! Sir please reach out to me. MR. PEELER I BELIEVE. THERE IS A REASON YOU HAVE ALL 5 AND 1 STARS. The work is decent but your front office may be the worst. Being that I was told it was going to be ready...NO BS the 2nd week on Friday it will be done sir. THEN IT WAS THE 3rd week it will be done on Friday. 4th week it will be done on Friday. 5th week Kelly ghosts me. In her words she was supposed to call me the thursday prior as well as the next day as it will be ready on Friday. No call going into the 6th week, so I call Mon, Tues, Wed, leave messages every time and no call back. I AM LOOKING FOR RENTAL REIMBURSMENT AS I EXPLAINED I CAN USE A FAMILY MEMBERS CAR. But then I WAS told oh no we should have you done next week....week 2 that is. Then I got dragged out week after week keeping the rental which is around 3k. PLEASE HELP ALSO MR PEELER PLEASE CALL ME! NOT RESPONDING IS UNPROFESSIONAL. PLEASE PULL THE CALL LOGS, PLEASE! DONT WORRY I WILL EXPECT NOTHING AS I DID DURING THE 60 DAYS MY CAR WAS IN YOUR SHOP....60 DAYS

I LAID IT ALL OUT ON THE LAST QUESTION. I WAS CONSISTANTLY GIVIN WRONG INFORMATION. I WAS CONSISTANTLY LIED TOO. WEEKLY THAT IS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE DISMANTLED. I SPECIFACLY ASKED LORI NOT TO TELL ME SHE IS GOING TO CALL THEN NOT CALL. I THINK SHE DID IT OUT OF SPITE BECAUSE I EXPLANIED THE SITUATION WITH KELLY. ALL TALK NO FOLLOW THRU. I NEVER KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON BECAUSE I WAS GETTING DIFFERENT ANSWER FROM INSURANCE COMPANY AND COGGIN THAT COMPLETELY CONTRADICTED EACH OTHER. I WAS LIED TO SEVERAL TIMES

I would highly recommend this company from the first phone call to the end of service. Which I ended up having my car total Lisa and Kelly did they job with keeping me informed and letting me know the good and bad. Yes they took good care of me before knowing I did not need my car repaired because the insurance company totaled out my car. Thanks guys!!!!
