i went to coggin collision of Arlington on a wednsday and left my vehicle to have a fender replaced. they returned my vehicle the next Thursday. not only did it take them more and a week for this simple task that takes no more than a day or so, but when they returned my truck it was filthy, unclean, and disgusting. they did not vacuum the inside nor did they even wash the outside. my insurance specifically told me they would return my car in professional conditons, not with black smears all over it. not only that, but the paint they used on the fended didn't even match the color of the rest of the truck. this is unacceptable!

There was a part of the windshield left off and placed on the dashboard that we had to assemble ourself. When I call I was asked to bring it back in, but that would have been additional time and gas.
