I loved being updated weekly on the progress of my vehicle through text. The customer service is exceptional. Everything was completed in a timely manner considering our circumstances. Mary is an asset to this company. She will go out of her way to make sure her customers are happy. Her customer service skills are exceptional and she should be recognized for her genuineness. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied by delivering my vehicle to me and picking up my rental to me. Her thoughtfulness will never be forgotten.
