It took way too long to get my car completed and I was not updated a long the way like I was told I would be. I had to keep calling every week just to get told a different completion date every time. I was told the repair finishing look was due to how the actual parts go on the cars when they are replaced.

First thing you see are welds that look like a third grader done them.... If you can't make it presentable as in first look... You question everything else... Plus the truck shakes at 60 mph..

I have had to take my car to Coggin Collision Center of Arlington (unfortunately) three times. Everyone has always been so courteous and so nice. Rich is a really really nice guy and helps me in so many ways. I was in a terrible bind and could not continue to pay for my rental but Coggin Collision/Arlington picked up party my rental to help me until my car was done. Rich is an angel. I received almost daily updates about my vehicle. I was asked questions and ask for questions during the process of my car is being repaired I feel like family when I go to Coggin, Ms. Mary is an angel and a guardian mother. She has genuine concern for her customers especially me and my grandchildren. After I was hit from behind she called my home to check and make sure that my grandkids and I were fine. With that type of customer service, I WILL NEVER take my vehicle to anyone but Coggin.For perfect professional work, quick turnaround, communication thru the process.....I totally 💯💯💯 threw🤚🤚🤚'em up for.
