My back seats has look like water stains on both sides. Looks like the windows were not up when it rain. I had a perfect new car now it's used up in many different areas

I did not appreciate how my car wasnât taken for a test drive before it was given back to me. There were loose wires in my door that were rattling. There was a large amount of wind noise, and my key was returned to me in worse shape than it was when I brought it in. I had to then take time out of my day the next day to bring my car in again to get the window fixed. But you refuse to fix my key.

The repair LOOKS good but I am having to take my car back for the second time because the first time I took it back, my problem of my window not being adjusted properly and wires not being secured, wasnât fixed the first time.
