I didn't realize you would use after market parts. It didn't come to you with any after market parts on it so why should they be used for repairs?

I will never recommend Coggin Collision or the Dealership to anyone. I have always been a Ford fan. I purchased my first new vehicle a 1988 Ford Bronco II XLT 4X4, I have owned a Ford F-150. And then I purchased my dream car the forst year of the retro body style. a 2005 Ford Mustang GT. After all of this experience I may not ever own another Ford. I am truly that disheartened over this entire situation.

I called the General Manager he was going to have someone call me. After not hearing from anyone for 3 days I called the manager back and then he had another manager call me and then i had another manager call me. It started with Robert Johnson then to Wayne Watkins then he sent me to Lori Supervisor of the Collision Center
