Very happy with the work that was done, other than the rusting bolts and them telling me that they would find and replace my driver side mirror and didn’t do, Darlene said that they would and they didn’t and she’s very rude

Very unlikely. Zero chance of that happening. I get it was an insurance claim. All the more reason to do a better job. My insurance was paying for it. I was not asking for cheaper parts, faster turn around.

I was assured satisfactory work, “with the best man they have”. I did not get it. I still did not get it. I chose them because they are Cole Valley. Never recommend them nor use them again, ever. I have different wheel well heights on the rear of the car. One new tire was replaced. I have a blown shock on the passenger side rear. There is a continuous noise when I go over bumps. It was there when I picked my car up from initial repair and again when they had it back. She (Darlene) told me my car will be like it was before the accident. It’s not. Nothing is the same as before the accident. The only that appears fixed is the little bit of body work that was done.

I had to call multiple times to see if my car was done in the allotted time they quoted me. It was never done, there was always some little thing that still had to be done. It was always “tomorrow “.

The work was fine but the communication and customer service were awful. My car was taken in and left to sit for a full 7 days before being touched. I could’ve been driving it. After making 3-4 calls, it was finally revealed that they forgot to do the paperwork. My completion date timeline was then pushed back multiple times. In total, I was without my car for a full month. When I brought this up, I was told “well, we have a lot of cars right now.” Overbooking your shop is not my problem. And maybe act like you care when people call to inquire. I brought my car to Cole Collision because of the Cole name. It did not uphold the standard of service I’ve received in other Cole shops and I will not be back.
