It was an insurance job so I don't not sure if I would go there if I had to pay out of pocket with all of this service are not up to Snuff anymore it's hard to say if I would request anybody else to go or advise anybody else to go right now the car looks like it's in decent shape but I haven't looked on the underbody yet because I had major damage and like I said nobody want me out when it was time to pay they just gave me the keys and told me to have a good day not sure

Bad communication with customers don't inform them about updates on a consistent basis had the car for over 3 months and had minimal reach out from them head over $10,000 worth of damage and requested them to fix a gasket on my window pro bono but it was ignored of course the verdict is still out on how the car performs I haven't driven it too far yet but we'll see

Mr Ruby and I believe Maddie was very easy to talk to but the other managers and brass were very rash nobody even woke me out to the car to look it over after $10,000 worth of damage Ruby was the manager but went and took another job and I can see why even though I had difficult information handed over to me week after week Ruby at least kept me informed the other managers never called and just sat in the office when I got there after almost 3 and 1/2 months of not getting my car and requested $40 in gas because I was short on 6 gallons of gas on the loan car mind you I hadn't seen my car almost three and a half months it would have been a nice gesture to let that slide but what are you going to do
