Van looked great, however, I see on the bill a charge for the labor of cleaning out the broken glass in the back, and it wasn’t touched. It was still full of broken glass so I just vacuumed it out myself.

The body work, glass install and paint work were excellent. My only issue was seeing a charge on the invoice for “clean up broken glass”, and when I checked the back it was still loaded with broken glass, exactly the way it was when I dropped it off. I’ve had to vacuum it 3 times already and I still think there might be some left.
