Cole Valley Collision Center has been serving Warren and the surrounding area for over 90 years at the same location. Poor customer service and repairs that they damaged my drives door …had to touch it up

The customer service was awful they damaged my drivers side door then tried to act like it was there prior to Mr drop off…not it was on drivers side Angela secretary stood there and said we didn’t even work on that side…???I told her someone had to get it to drive car duh 🤔😡she got her manager who came out and agreed it was not there before he took it back to body shop and they TOUTCHED it up?? I will never go there again. And never refer them…they used to be Great when run by Mike who moved on which I can say that was their downfall😡🤨

They did not get back to me and keep me informed on what was happening I had to call often at the end they did but did a very good job we’re slower I had to pay for rent a car for two days due to them but I was happy 2hen done
