I would not bring my vehicle anywhere else but Cole’s collision. My husband and I lived in Ballston Spa our whole lives and moved to Florida in 2019. We come back every summer to visit family and my Kia got hit somewhere. We were on a very tight timeline and Cole’s went above and beyond to get our vehicle back to us in a timely fashion. They were on top of everything from getting me a car rental to dealing with the insurance company. I was informed every step of the way about where my vehicle was in the repair. I cannot say enough about this experience with Cole’s and everyone that works in the Ballston Spa shop! It was an amazing experience and I recommend them to everyone.
