I was initially told that repairs would take approximately two weeks, FIVE weeks later I received my car. Felt like every time that I called I was told something totally different then what was communicated in the previous conversation. Got to the point that I felt like I was blatenly being lied to about the status of my vehicle. I understand that things don't always go according to plan, but I would have preferred honesty rather then just being told what you thought I'd want to hear. Very unhappy with the whole experience. Truly disappointing as I have had good experiences in the past. Will most likely not be retiring as a customer in the future.

You all did such an amazing job! I had a bad experience at another Cole's location in the past so I was very uneasy bringing the car to another Cole's Collision. Your team changed my mind and I will bring any of my cars to your location in the future. My fusion looks brand new and is beautiful. The detailing that was done to even the inside of my car was very impressive. My sons car seat was even vacuumed. So impressed. You all did a wonderful job and I can't thank you enough. I will definitely recommend your location to anyone who needs a repair.
