Coles and their office staff provided me with a secure feeling that my vehicle was in good hands and their numerous updates on the progress of the repair was very helpful. I can’t thank Cole’s Collision enough for the incredible work they did on my Jeep after a deer had run into it and damaged my bumper and one of my headlights. It looks brand new just like the day I bought it. Their entire staff was kind and helpful (especially Becca). They kept me updated throughout the process and took the time to explain everything to me. Thank you for making what was a very stressful situation and making me feel at ease. I was very pleased with everything they did for me. They were very polite and friendly. My car rental was there for me at drop off time and I just had to drop the rental back off to them and get my car. They took care of calling the rental place to let them know it was there for them to pick it up. I would not hesitate to take my car there again and I would recommend them to anyone I know if they need any collision work done go to collision collision.
