Everyone was friendly and considerate. I was stressing about needing to go out of town and they finished two full days ahead of schedule! Completed BEFORE the estimated time I was given. When does that happen? I’m very happy with the work they did. I hope I don’t need bodywork again but if I do I will go to Cole’s.

Hood was not aligned correctly. A front end alignment was done and my vehicle would veer off the road when my hands were taken of the wheel so the alignment that was done was off. Parts are loose and I asked for a headlight that was damaged to be replaced and it just got buffed and I can still see scratches on it. If I take my vehicle back to get the loose part and headlight reexamined this will be a second trip there from the first trip of getting an estimate done and this is starting to become an inconvenience

so honest and professional every step of the way. knowing my name upon sight was nice. estimates were done fast and accurately. timelines and appointments were coordinated well and text messages guided me every step of the way. i'd ask for more payment options. that's my only gripe.

Great team at Coles Collision Kinderhook. Professional from first contact to last. Explanations of the process in general, the repair procedure and expected timeline were detailed, complete and easy to understand. George able to answer all questions without making me feel embarrassed, despite the simplicity of my question and glaring lack of knowledge. Oh and the car looked great after repair. Like it never happened.
