I am satisfied. I ended up getting my car back quicker than expected because my local Cole's Collision in Kinderhook made getting my backup camera calibration a priority. I did not know that at the time and I initially have a neutral rating with a complaint about the possibility of my car taking longer than expected to be done. But I have to give credit to Becca at Coles Collision in Kinderhook because, unbeknownst to me at the time, she requested that my car be given priority in the recalibration process. Had I known this, I would have initially given a much more positive rating. I give credit to the staff at Cole's Collision in Kinderhook because they not only repaired my car promptly and properly, but they also advocated for me with my insurance company. I would use their services again.
