Any interactions that I had with several of Cole’s staffers were positive, informative, and showed concern about my needs. Mostly I dealt with Becca who was efficient, friendly yet professional, very easy to communicate with, polite, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I would certainly recommend Cole’s to anyone.

The service was overall good and fairly prompt. The pig tail plug for the engine block heater was smashed and was overlooked in the repairs. I would use you again and would recommend you.

Awesome experience!!! Not only were the repairs done that I needed but they hammered out and painted a dent that had nothing to do with the work I brought it in for. My car looks incredible!!!
