Indeed I understand that parts take time to get, and do to the lighting when I picked up the vehicle I am not able to really take a close look. But just walking up to the vehicle I could tell the hood and fenders are not right

I’m waiting for the headlights to be replaced with factory lights not off the shelf stock. My hood and bumper are mounted wrong due to the lights. The alignment of my vehicle still needs to be corrected

The repair look great. Looks like new. Even the interior cleaned and vacuumed that was a wonderful surprise. It was a good thing I didn’t know that ahead of time, I’d have emptied the back of my van. Only kidding on that part 😂 Definitely recommend Cole’s Kinderhook shop.

Staff are professional and friendly. Work was done with precision, and I was always updated with a text or phone call . I am extremely satisfied with them and would highly recommend them! A bonus to this is that the car was detailed, and was such a nice surprise to get my car back all clean.

Cole’s Collision was very quick to get my Toyota in. With how body shops are nowadays with the need for repair techs and parts on Back Order it showed how committed they were to repair the vehicle. Plus a free detail is also a cherry on top. They made me feel like a long time customer for my first experience. The updates were consistent and I didn’t have to seek out any help.
