I had an experience that exceeded my expectations and very much appreciated the service at Coles. From Coles giving me initial info on what I needed to do to start my insurance claim, to having a rental ready on site for use while my car was being repaired, to the regular text updates and my pristinely cleaned car upon pick up, I couldn’t be happier with the service. Hailey and Randy at Colonie were cheerful and willing to help buttoning everything up. The general manager Josh made sure it all went like clockwork ensuring the car went to the shop where the work was done as quickly as possible and ensuring an entirely smooth process. I am grateful for them easing the stress of the situation and highly recommend using this team!

The repairs done to to vehicle were excellent. And the detailing and cleaning of the car prior to release was not expected. Looked practically new.

Calling the shop was excellent, but the automated text service was a bit lacking. Some of the updates were vague and didn't provide realistic ETAs of when we could expect the car to be ready for pick up.
