Coles made everything super easy. They do great work and even detail your car before handing it back. George is masterful at negotiating with your insurance company and he doesn't accept inferior replacement parts. They are simply the best.

The Kinderhook Coles team is fantastic. Rachel behind the counter is professional and courteous with a friendly demeanor. She was able to answer all questions I had whether in person or on the phone. George is obviously an expert at what he does. His knowledge and expertise was evident at every stage of this repair. From the initial estimating process to final checkout he was able to explain the process and procedures in just the right amount of detail. George promised the repair would make my truck look like it never happened. He delivered. Coles is very lucky to have George at the helm. The whole team obviously worked together to make my truck like new again.

The people at Coles made this unfortunate situation less painful. The repair process was almost painless! Coles Collision to have George as their manager in Kinderhook. The repair was completed in a timely manner and it was like it never happened! Perfect.
