It maybe could have been done a little faster but I suspect that was more the insurance company than you. The work looks great and I love that you detailed the car so nicely when you finished. You also communicated very well with me, which I appreciated. Everyone was friendly.

‘Beverly’ (our RAV4) was returned to us like new after a deer had the audacity to run out in front of her and smash into her front passenger side! Cole’s Collison in Kinderhook, NY kept us informed with up dates on her progress throughout the repair process. Becca aka Rebecca was super helpful in navigating negotiations with our insurance company. She was very informative and pleasant to work with. I’m sure everyone at Cole’s Collison in Kinderhook is as amazing as she is because Bev was detailed inside and out upon return and the whole ordeal was fairly quick and painless! Thank you Cole’s. They do a great job making their work look great and they take pride in finished job. I like going there because I am satisfied with the finished product.
