I appreciated all the guidance from Becca: the very first time I called asking what to do now after hitting a deer, arranging a tow truck, giving updates and timelines, and working with my insurance company. It made a stressful situation easier to navigate. And bonus, my car looks and drives even better than it did before the accident! (I think there might have been an alignment issue that was corrected as part of the repair process.) I hope I don't need bodywork done any time soon, but if it happens I'm glad to know that Cole's will help.

Brought in my RAV4 here after the hood was vandalized on Halloween by some immature teenagers who threw eggs at it. I can’t thank Becca and the entire team enough for the outstanding work they did! Becca certainly made the entire process a breeze! She kept me well informed while the repairs were being completed.
