I would first explain why I did not give a 10 rating.

The paint repaired was great for the pealing paint on the driver side door. Exact match to the rest of the car. However, there was a rubber strip at the top of the door that was 100 percent there when the car was brought in but 7 inches short when the job was complete. I was told that someone reached out to me to see it I wanted to replace that short strip. My phone has no call recorded nor a voice mail left for me. When I called about it from home was told it would cost 140$ and labor would be free at this point to have it fixed. That is why not a 10 rating.
