We were greated pleasantly upon our arrival at the office and the employees in the office were helpful. We were disappointed by the estimate technician as we requested an estimate to repair the damage to the drivers side of the vehicle as someone had keyed the rear quarterpanel near the gas filler door and the driver's door handle. However we never received that estimate.
