i have a question above the color of the dashboard lights. i love the direct bill from the insurance company. staff was attentive and sounded happy / helpful whenever i called i did not like the adjustors comments (sob story) about the possibility that the roof rack was solidified to the roof likely making it hard to remove. and given that, the work could not be done effectively because the rack would be in the way of repairs and repairs woudl blister and i'd subsequently complain if the paint blistered....and on and on and on. the texts from my car were cute....but they ultimately told me nothing about what was happening with the actual repairs
